Hi Diana

I'am surprised that there hasn't been a clearer signal yet of OPEC intentions. I think the slide in oil prices make it likely they will come in at the low end of estimates, maybe 1M + cheating. $34 oil may be a thing of the past. Apr expires tomorrow so we may suddenly have May oil under $28. Heating oil has come down dramatically and should reduce political pressure. I think the best scenario is a gradual decline to the mid-20's and some stabilization there. I would also like to see pump prices come down 10-20 cents. We shouldn't want $2 gas. We don't need $2 gas. We need stability and fewer stories on the nightly news. JMO.

John
