Great post, Jim; Regarding S. America, a lot of it is not covered, yet. As a minimum, 2/3 of Brazil, Peru and neighboring countries are not within reach of an operating GW. Then, it's not clear when/where a US based user can roam in S. America. I believe mgmt said Brazil would support roaming starting early April and did not comment one way or the other about the other Latin American GWs (Central America, Venezuela, Argentina and Peru)
