1934 GMT, 000320 China -President Jiang Zemin was quoted on Chinese state radio March 20 as saying he would welcome Taiwan's newly-elected president, Chen Shui-Bian, to talks on the main land if he accepted the "one China" principle. Chen has called for talks between China and Taiwan on the grounds that the two entities are treated as equals.
