UIS: I'm not disagreeing with you, AS. Only pointing out that you can lay a ruler on the downtrend line right now. Until that line is broken to the upside, the conservative play is to stand aside. I agree that this strategy, though safer, will miss the absolute bottom but that's OK with me. This NAZ washout will create some great opps, imo, once they bottom: ADAP, HLTH, NBCI, OMKT, GBLX, LPTHA, WCOM. Good charting is a MUST now more than ever--MK--
