If i recall correctly, they wanted to increase the authorized shares of the company, right? If so, i would vote "fer". With my fingers crossed, My hoped for scenario is that they anticipate an increase in the value of the shares, so they are looking at using extra shares for financing and/or acquisitions.

For some reason, i dont think cindy will be there.
