Paul, Yes it does. That is why the Coppermine beats an equivalently clocked AthWiper - as evidenced by essentially all Benchmarkers. On many occasions you have attributed the alleged Coppermine-Athlon performance delta to the slow L2 on Athlon. Why are you changing your story now? I have seen numerous reviews of DRDRAM vs. PC133 indicating parity or performance degradation with DRDRAM. The bursting capabilities of DRDRAM are of little value to a CPU which only reads data one cache line at a time. Scumbria
