RE:"And you do Intel a SERVICE ?
Firefox,
"By shouting Celery and FLOPPERMINE every friggin' chance you get?

By screaming "Intel is SCRAMBLIN'" every other minute?

By posting Phony Baloney "RUMORS" about Willamette being delayed until next year - because it wasn't as fast as you AthWiper ?"

1. Celery and Floppermine are not my originations.
They do have a nice ring though. <G> No one ever said Intel couldn't work through the launch.

2. Intel is SCRAMBLIN'...
They are...even by you own admission (circling the wagons they say). You ought to be very happy Intel IS Scramblin'.
Wake up calls every now and then can be a good thing.

3. Since we haven't seen any Willys yet we don't if rumors are rumors. Funny thing is that the concensus NOW is that Willy won't be available in volume until 2001. I'll still stand by that "rumor". Of course Intel will do a vapor/copperminelike launch in Q3 or Q4. Apparently, this will be good enough to keep the stock going up.

4. You will never sell Intel. Your heirs will love the adjusted basis.

Jim

Intel sponsors research into future devices.

Looks like Intel isn't complacent and is doing its homework.
