That guy broke so many contracts with various employees and vendors and software companies back in the early days of infospace it isn't even funny. To say he has a list of enemies a mile long is an understatement. One of the finer pleasures of my life was seeing Naughton of infoseek get busted by the feds for kiddie porn. Long story- but he was part of a team that played fast and loose with contract ethics in the past as well. One down, one to go.
