I think that it's right when it bottoms. That's hard to say. I think that a bottom is likely, soon. However, it has been a falling knife, and it may continue. I see the prospect for these companies as being very positive (Bill Clinton's big mouth, notwithstanding).

If I may chime in, in my nsho keep away from biotechs. After the big fall biotech conference they begin to rocket and then they die around this time of year.
Go with a non cyclical proven winner.
Orcl....qcom....or even nok or ntap.
Just my three cents.
