I spoke with Jackie at Tirex today. She stated that the lawsuit is a "nuisance" lawsuit and is "bogus". They are working on a response with their attorney's and expect to release something by tomorrow. I hope their attorneys will go along with this and let them respond. She further stated that the TCS-1 plant is operational and that the Chinese will be there "very soon" to view it in operation.

A great buying opportunity if you ask me. :-}}}
