Via-AMD edge closer with chip spinoff theregister.co.uk

Here's the Register backing up your analysis, Steve. <edit> I guess I should say relaying your analysis, see below. <end edit> Me, I just hope Via figures out who's suing them and who's allied with them, on the chipset issue, or maybe that's looking better now. Via also ought to figure out how to build a chipset as good as the BX.

One little quote, closing the circle again:

There have also been persistent rumours on Silicon Investor and other financial bulletin boards, that Chen has been making large investments in AMD stock.

Hi Mike!

Cheers, Dan, typing from a celery 300a/450 system with BX inside.

Well,
looks like The Register reads SI.

I'm famous on starting a new rumor.

theregister.co.uk

"There have been persistent rumours on Silicon Investor and other financial bulletin boards, that CEO Chen has been making large investments in AMD stock. These, apparently, are just rumours. ©"

It was a joke!

Right?

Make it so,
Mysef
