re. <<election results in Taiwan>> Don't know, but I do remember an interesting story. In 1995 or 1996, KLIC's revenues took a downturn. Management put out a news release blaming recent naval activities around Taiwan. Probably KLIC's missing revenue was too big and too long-lived to be accounted for by this short-term crisis in Taiwan, but it made a handy excuse. I would guess that the price decline in MTSN in the last week merely reflects the sector as a whole.
