Thanks Stan
I had fun putting the report together and there is nothing like putting on paper to test your understanding versus reading what others write.

The CyberDisplay is indeed a unique product. If you believe Data is important Like gdichaz, you and i do, then the display has got to evolve from the monochromatic, graphically challenged display that is there to something akin to the PC experience.

Well Kopin's product is arguably the best product for making quantum leap improvements in the display for data, video and text. They have horizontal bowling pins in digital cameras, two of the three leading Camcorders, and have one the design for a Batwing cellphone. We can start a tornado watch soon with a few more bowling pins or some revenue numbers on the ones mentioned.

I hope my report did justice to some of the impressive engineering that went into the creation of the CyberDisplay. The end result is that they have a product for the miniaturized markets rather than their flat panel display competitors. To think tht the display is 0.24 inches diagonally and is the equivalent of viewing a 20 inch monitor at 5 feet.

As broadband takes off with increased data and more widespread acceptance of handheld computing, I think they have quite a good story ahead of it. And we get to participate in the power amplifier CDMA market and fiberoptic buildout of OC 48 and 192 while we wait for Cyberdisplay to kick in.

Re PE, if the did not have that profitable quarter last quarter to mess up their streak, it would be a moot point.

I think one of the impediments in handhelds taking over the PC is the data display (KOpin quite possibly has solved this) and ease of imputting data (come on voice recognition)
