I think MUEI is going to take off tomorrow. They beat estimates, their web hosting biz is showing excellent growth, they announced they are hiring investment banker to unleash value of internet assets. all magic bullets. plus stock has nice base in 10-12 area, and had a huge move up to 20 last week. if this stock gets momo, think 25-35 is very doable. jmho. larry

My opinion is that it isn't going anywhere and so I sold out at 19. I held it for a long time, though, and had higher hopes a year and a half ago.

Reasons for it's stagnation: MU could sell their majority share at any time and then what would happen to their name? It never got enough momentum going to compete in the top tier. Didn't build enough of a brand identity or market share. Doesn't have the economies of scale which give Dell and Compaq better buying power.

Think about it . . . can anyone really imagine this company taking off and becoming one of the large, premier PC box builders? What could possibly catalyze such a move? They already build great PCs and win glowing reviews, and that hasn't moved them anywhere. And if that doesn't, what would?
