Fleck has been wrong about the market for YEARS. He has said that tech stocks were shorts when they were at less than 1/2 their current valuations. If you followed his advice, you wouldn't be able to afford the SI membership fee or a computer to log onto SI. If you look at his GNET sales, it is mostly typical of the way he times the overall market-------HORRIBLY!!!!!!!!!
