I find it difficult to believe this deal is going to be passed by the shareholders. Really, it is difficult to see how anyone could believe this is a good deal for Borland.

I wonder what happens to INPR stock if the deal doesn't get the go-ahead? Even with the payoff to CORL, I think the stock will be devastated for the near-term.

Jeez, I wish I had my money back.
