Hi,

Have been lurking on this thread for a while as I owned
a bunch of the stock as well as a couple of Jan '01 70
calls which I bought at a relatively low price.

Do you think that it's more tax efficient if I exercise
the call or should I just outright sell it and use the
proceeds to buy the stock ?
