Also it would be fun if the money managers decide not to bring down ODETA and instead run it along with ITER.

All bets are off; the Iteris offering has been postponed. I'm a bit surprised; I thought that the Iteris IPO might be a sleeper. I'm sorry that I wasn't more enthusiastic about shorting it at $30. (NasdaqNM:ODETA - news) said Wednesday it has postponed the initial public offering of its software developer subsidiary Iteris Inc. The delay means that Odetics' spinoff of Iteris through a stock dividend to shareholders will also be delayed, the company said. The company cited recent volatility of the public equity markets as one of the primary reasons for the postponement. Odetics did not quantify the postponement. Odetics announced in December it was planning an IPO ofIteris.
