Ray, I see that RB has a USPS message board that was started in February. The posters don't have the foggiest idea what USPS does. It sure isn't easy to find anything out about it, a hidden gem? I had previously used USPS just as a cash cow, making doubles to triples a couple of times a year. What I heard today changed my mind about my investment strategy here. USPS has been able to mine their ore, recover metal (sludge), have two different refiners purify the metals and send USPS checks. The current effort is to get funding to scale up their operation.
