I asked this question before and I ask the same question again:-

Who has done worse to the INPR shareholders: Del or Dale?

My problem is that I feel that Dale Fuller has done a good job (until this colossal mis-step) in improving Inprise shareholder value.

So did Del. He got stock price around 12 and when he went out and bought Visigenics, it headed south.
