MikeM, This is one of the free access ones that comes to mind:
webproforum.com

If this doesn't give what you're looking for, if you post a more specific question I may have a bookmark among my millions that will do the trick.

Hi Frank. Have you (or anyone else here) ever heard of a company called Seren? They offer high speed cable, cable tv and long distance phone service. Since I have no high speed internet access and they are digging up my street as we speak (type?), I am most curious. Any thoughts would appreciated.

From their websight: seren.com

Seren Innovations, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Northern States Power Company, focusing on broadband, wireless and other communication technologies.

Through our AstoundSM-brand services, we offer cable TV, high-speed cable Internet and local and long distance telephone services over a brand-new hybrid fiber-optic network on one convenient bill to homes and businesses. Our services are available to portions of St.Cloud, Sartell and Waite Park, Minn., and they will soon be available in Sauk Rapids, Minn. These same high-quality broadband services will be available to Contra Costa County residents and businesses in the East Bay area of San Francisco by the end of this year.
