Is it possible that every time that little SOB opens his mouth or lets out some hot air the whole market goes into a turmoil and we suffer the consequences.

American investors should complain to your congressman. This is Bulldoodoo. The markets should be free, open and equal to all and not subject to the whims of an old fart.
