link: I believe that this comment you made is a little misleading; correct me if I'm wrong but if you are referring to the shares of preferred that Luis has rights to he must convert these shares to common by July 2001 but the shares are restricted and he cannot sell them until 5 years have passed. So in effect the preferred shares that he will convert for around $300,000.00 next summer become 'options' on the common that cannot be exercised for 5 years. Again, correct me if I'm wrong.....gregor
