it was three times oversubscribed. the price the gold went out at was 285,15. in other words the geniuses from the BoE were able to snag a three month price low. the Brits should be proud of this display of institutional shrewdness. :)

seriously, i regard 3 times oversubscribed as a disappointment, and i expect the market to continue to drift lower in view of that. imo we are nevertheless quite close to the next important low.
