There is not a relation between our REDC division (NBase-Xyplex) in Boston
and the latest RedC Optical Networking Inc. in Israel - there could be a
relation in the future.

For now, the REDC division (Boston - NBase-Xyplex) is working on subscriber
management similar to Redback Networks.

RedC Optical Networking Inc. (Israel) has developed and is marketing DWDM
modules.

There could be synergy in the future with RedC Optical Networking and our
NBase-Xyplex division. There might be an incorporation of the DWDM modules
in our OptiSwitch products (NBase-Xyplex).

Hang in there - kind regards.
