According to the next paragraph in that 2/22 press release, $16.5 mill more should be paid within the next 48 hours.
The payment by the Life Foundation Trust is part of a prepayment of $20
million that is due in full on April 15, 2000. The agreement calls for
remaining pre-payments to be made in two or more payments over the
next thirty days.

...Mezz - I guess the $100 mill stock purchase is off. LOL
