SVCDQ business plan? In retail there are only two strategy. Either you discount or you upscale. To bring traffic to your store, there are only two strategy. Either you run the store with bright, clean and helpful environment, or you add clearance to attract them into your store. The first is environment with superb display changes each week, either price, merchandise or location. The second is to keep customers guessing to come back to re-price all the merchandise. Anything short of those strategies, you are letting the stores run down. Business will fail.
