crdesign, FWIW, Accutrade does a fairly good job executing trades. The downside is their options quotes are sometimes wrong, especially in a race condition, and they are only open from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST, M-F, so support is sometimes hard to get. They are the only broker I have ever had, so I cannot comment on how good they are. My dad has a Schwab account. They have pretty good customer service, but they clear trades too slowly for me, and don't seem to handle options or margin well. C-
