Hi Warrior. Attack may not be the right word but it sure is continuing to decline. According to Investors Bus. Daily, the stock is still strongly under accumulation with an A/C rating of A in this morning's paper.

I looked at a one minute intraday chart for yesterday and today and there are very few trades of 5000 shares much less 10000. In virtually every case, they appear to be buys. That would indicate that the institutions are still supporting the stock. It's us little guys who are getting nervous and selling. I've heard arguments on both sides of the issue of whether the MMs manipulate stocks but this mornings action would probably be cited by those who believe in manipulation as evidence. The stock gapped down at the open on very small trades. The only way that couldn't be manipulation, as I understand the system, is if at the open the only sell orders (presumably stop losses) were down in the 163 area. That would explain why my buy limit order at 170 1/4 filled at 163 15/16. As I understand it, the MM doesn't have to sell from his inventory if he doesn't want to. Therefore, if he would like to see the stock fall, he just steps aside and lets the price drop to the first sell price. Obviously it worked to my advantage.

It will be really interesting to see what happens when the Fed's move is announced today. I sure hope it is what the market is expecting and we get a relief rally. I'm getting killed in MRVC. It was at 185 on the 10th and briefly dipped below 100 this morning.

Good luck this afternoon. Hope we all have big smiles at 4:00.
