Tejek Re..,,,,Think about it.....your supposition makes little sense. Intel already had the market share so what would be the point in creating a shortage? With AMD's competition, it won't mean higher prices for their chips. All they have managed to do is p*ss people off. >>>>>>

Tejek Has a lot of the rumors about Intel made any sense. To have no yield or process problems but not being able to meet demand in Feb. Mar. doesn't make any sense either. Nor does Elmers reports of 1 million coppermines/wk /fab and yet shortage continues. Yes Intel has market share and still does because AMD is capacity restrained. So if AMD goes to the upper mhz, Intel by creating an artificial shortage can get more for bottom and still make earnings. In 6 months when Willy gets here Intel can reclaim top end and create a surplus to hurt and control AMD.

<<<<<<<<BTW I am ted the one who talks about stock charts and mismanagement. Scumbria is the one who talks about long pipelines and double caches. >>>>>>>

Yes I know, but you answered Scumbia and I answered you.
