I thought you were joking when I responded to you. A liquidating dividend is the distribution of cash as they sell everything off and wind up affairs. i.e. the company is going to be gone.

These guys are making multiple liquidating dividends as they get the proceeds from the property sales, less the continuing operating expenses. Before you buy it for the dividend you better look at it and make sure there is a good chance that they will be paying more in total liquidation dividends than you are buying the stock for.
