BTW fwiw he's saying buy the big cap stocks right here over the small caps... let's rock this house.... the Banks-Big Cap Drugs-Some Retailers too... also the S&P 500 versus the Rut 2000 has reversed into X's as well....meaning BIG CAPS ROCK.... may take a day or two, or a week or two, but the markets are going higher here... this is a great time for position trades and swing trades...
