I don't agree with many Chinese policies but places where you risk a prison sentence for being a political activist are a dime a dozen. I characterize brutal as a place where locals are scared to death of catching the eye of the military because they risk being arbitrarily shot or beat near to death. Hey but why don't you go find out for yourself. I understand martial arts studios for Westerns have sprung up in the monasteries. LOL. Hey but keep listening to that late night talk radio.
