I hear ya....most of the trading I have gotten away with is the quick moves....some failures, but profet often keeps ringing in my ears.
Played ADAP's dip & playing the peaks and dips on Lightpath to keep me away from myself....also, bought an old friend LDIG on its dip (up +/- 2 now), but this is too much work.

Keep trying to convince myself that Lightpath has hit its lows, but....

The past two days have played out pretty much as I predicted--big NASDAQ sell-off on Monday, big NASDAQ rebound after the Fed. announcement today. The only thing I missed was the steep NASDAQ sell-off during the first two hours this morning. I hope everyone had made out their wish list of great stocks and gobbled them up at 25-35% discounts.

Look for some choppiness over the next week during "early warning/pre-announcement season", but the trend for the NASDAQ should be up toward and past 5000 over the next three weeks.

Biotechs have bounced off of their AM lows, and may have bottomed. Might want to wait for one solid "up" day to begin re-entering this sector. ABGX, MLNM, GLGC, AFFX look particularly attractive. Use stops with the biotechs -- they give new meaning to the word "volatility".
