BOR is still halted. Wondering how the merger will affect my shares, just have a small amount. Will let you know if I see anything more.

Phoned Bor. I learned that they were giving a div of 1 nStein for 5 of BOR (Shares). Should be OK for me. They didn't know about the NR. Couldn't tell me much about when nStein would trade,weren't sure about symbol but did say they (nStein) were completing a 6 mil placement. Bor may begin trading in May but they weren't positive of this either. Looks like I'll need to wait some more But the div of nStein looks good.
