Looks like the class of the market may finally be showing. I've noticed that the blue chip techs didn't drop as much during the panic attacks, and rose faster during the rebounds. For example, Nas was down 3.9% yesterday, up 2.2% today, whereas my portfolio was down 1.5% yesterday and up 3.5% today. My losers for the past two weeks are SEBL and MEDI, the highest P/E stocks in my bag. Could it be that the dips are shaking out the speculators and letting some air out of the bubble stocks? If so this is exactly what Alan is hoping for and good news for long-term investors.
