Rob, If there's a delay for an IPO due to market conditions, the delay is usually not announced until a few days before it's scheduled. The only other reason I can think of for a delay this early on would be a buyout offer. CF Rebel

I don't know how "IPO Express" has such information on the actual IPO date anyway. As the Nadaq does not show the IPO date and they keep their site well updated nasdaq.com . Maybe they based their date on speculation or similarities however I haven't seen any other changes or cancellations in the IPO sites I follow (none of which ever have Apr 10/11 as a date). P.S. As far as speculation goes a Stockwatch thread has the rumoured IPO as Feb 17. Regardless of the above they have filed their S1's and that hasen't changed we just need confirmaton of the actual date. rob...
