However that site seems to only rank the brokers by cost of trading. That is hardly my number one concern at this point. I'd like to find a good broker that changes no more than $15.00 a trade up to 1000 shares (via the web) and has operator assisted trading when I not able to access the web with average hold times as short as possible. Option trading costs would also be useful, but I an more interested in the overhead for options that trade under a dollar than the ones that cost more than $3.
