Say you saw it hear first...Bombardier will split its stock when they announce stellar FY2000 results in April. Bombardier usually splits it's stock when it consolidates north of $30. By the time the stock actually splits it's usually trading close to $40. Didn't anyone else find the last 3 weeks awfully quiet from BBD PR? [3 weeks without any news releases is an eternity for this company] My sense is they have been "stockpiling" releases [today's was a doozy wasn't it!] and will release a flurry of positive announcements in advance of the release of FY2000 results. This should serve to drive the stock higher and justify the stock split. The following 12 months should be an opportune time to accumulate more shares as the stock consolidates and trades sideways following its split...before the fundamentals catch up with the valuation again, and the stock ramps up once more. Man, I love this company! Course, I've been wrong before! ;-) Rinks
