ZO, you have been a long time promoter of NN. You kept telling everyone how great NN's products were, and the skill of their management team. How did NN reward everyone? In October of 1997, the stock hit a high of nearly $69 US. Then NN rolled over and fell. Up to the time of the takeover speculation, the stock was dead. In spite of your confidence of NN, in spite of your ongoing postings discussing NN's products, your confidence in its future, shareholders were rewarded with ongoing inability to perform, an inability to meet expectations. Did it make you feel good to watch your favored company flounder while others in the industry consistently rewarded its shareholders? From your statements, the turnaround was always close at hand, the next new product was going to save shareholders. In spite of your ongoing exuberance towards NN, NN was a failure, a failure when its main competitors were rewarding their respective shareholders. NN failed to live up to your own vision.

Alcatel had a great day today, up 1/2 to 45 5/16. By the way, it was at $45 on 12/31/99. You mentioned Ericy the other day as being down 10%. Ericy closed today at 98 3/8, up 4 1/16. At the end of 1999, Ericy was at $65.6875. Perhaps you too should be investing in stocks that do a better job of rewarding their shareholders.
