NETA is not neon! NEON did not have American Express and TROW price dump almost 30 mil shares at major losses! So tell me.. If your job depended on it.. Would YOU buy NETA! So look at OXHP, CD etc.. Only reason COMS is up is cause you really get 1.5 shares of PALM for every COMS share you hold and has different management.. The old USRX ones mostly. You really want security, Take a look at CHKP.. or SYMC.. Even AXNT is looking better but in the same boat though not as bad.
