Bob, Actually it was the reporter who mentioned the time frame not Saxe. Saxe was asked if we could expect product within the next 12-18 months and he responded that there was a "strong possibility." When some shareholders called the company for further clarification they were told that his response meant 0-18 months. (Note: The need for the clarification was due to shorts saying that Saxe had meant there wouldn't be products out BEFORE 12-18 months.) Your skepticism is warranted. This has taken a long time but we are now at the end of a long road. Although I believe that the events of the past few months are sufficient proof that commercialization is upon us, I think you won't have much longer to wait for news that makes it clear to even the most skeptical that SPD products are coming and that the markets and revenues are huge. In fact here is an email sent by Patricia Bryant last week in response to a new investor (Hobojim from Yahoo board) asking about news. <<Dear Mr. "Hobo" To the extent that we are permitted and able, RFI does keep its shareholders and the street informed of developments. Once SPD products are ready for the commercial markets, we will work jointly with our licensees regarding marketing strategies and new product announcements. Since there is competition in some of the product markets and amongst our licensees, we ARE NOT at liberty to "jump the gun", and release sensitive information. Our 10-K will be out the end of March, our 1999 Annual Report the end of April, and our shareholders meeting on June 8, 2000. In the meantime, should there be news that would have an impact on the Company and the stock, you can rest assured that we will announce it. Our licensees continue to move forward and are working on those task which must be done in order to prepare for commercial production. We are working in-house on the further development of Black Particles and on marketing SPD technology to the automotive and architectural window markets. We are also working on bringing new investors, brokers, and financial professionals into the stock. There has been a tremendous increase in calls from potential licensees, end users, various SPD targeted market industry professionals as to the utilization of SPD technology in so many product areas. It is no longer a question of "IF," but of "WHEN." As soon as we are legally able to announce specific dates and time frames we most certainly will. I hope this answers your question. If you wish to discuss this matter further, please contact me. Regards, Patricia Bryant RFI>> I interpret her remarks as extremely bullish and that the lack of news is not for lack of activity but due to confidentiality agreements with licensees. Stay tuned. ND P.S. On a personal note, I do not see myself as "ahead of you." This is not how I invest. I am not in a contest with you or anyone. My only disagreement with those on the short side is that their due diligence is severely lacking and they would rather make my opinions an issue than get to the truth. They dredge up old irrelevant information and take it out of context. If you have relied on this information then that is why you are "behind."
