>>10-4.. i know when my mom UNLINKED her account from mine it tooks a few weeks.. the "senior tech" told us that he'd credit my mom with a couple free trades.. that NEVER happened... we sent in emails and they told us that they have no record of telling us that and that they can't find the recording of when she called tech support with me that morning.. i patched her in 3way.. so she's not getting what was promised at this point. anyway, i am thinking of telling my dad to open a new account.. xfer the funds from his "linked" account to the new UNLINKED account and then close the linked one.. what a pain! all because they can't do a few simple tasks to remove the linkage.. jim << I hear you. I've already decided to draw the money out of both accounts, as soon as my stock sales have cleared, and maybe open a new one. -LPW
