Dale has pissed-off Wall Street with this merger. If the merger goes down, they'll have to ask: "Well, what's your plan for the future now?" No matter what his response, his credibility has been ruined. Wall Street will take a wait-and-see approach. Of course, a white-knight may be waiting in the wings!
