There is a pursuasive analysis on the Yahoo Rocket club board that the sale of the 6 million shares represents the Snaptrack acquisition and not a secondary in the sense of insiders selling shares.

anybody like to reply to gut traders post of resale of qcom shares? the company will recieve no money and it seems some of the venture capital firms are pulling out of qcom. is this normal? 6 mil is not a large amount but why did they have to file at all? tia. rocky
