Larry, Cyberguard is on its way to have the normal valuation for this kind of business. They have the best products on the market and their $10k rebate promo will win them a ton of business til June, when it expires. After that the buyers will realize they can not live without the appliance and the word of mouth will accelerate their sales even more. Currently, they have a big chunk of their future revenue as back log and that is always a good sign for growth. I am hoping to see a split this year. They are doing all of the right things.
