From my understanding Level II only covers Nasdaq. No?

You are correct, but listed stocks are often quoted in the same window that is used to display Nasdaq Level2 quotes. This is done in all of the many systems that use Real Tick 3 for Level2 data. For listed stocks the entries are the quotes from the various exchanges that trade that particular security. People tend to refer to this as Level2, even though it's really not.

No Martin, I get to see the exchanges in my L2. ASE BSE CSE PSE NYS NAS PHS are some of the exchanges that I see. The shift around constantly just like MM's, except I know things are done differently behind the scenes.

I think it depends whose software you use. I use Cybercorp.
