Attention to ALL Shareholders.... Primarily those who own shares in certificate form, not street name. It is highly important that you FAX your proxy BOTH SIDES to North American before Monday....If you have not voted, you need to do so quickly this weekend, either today or tomorrow do not wait until Monday. As of Friday we were short about 3 .x Millions shares to getting a Quorum...If we do not get a Quorum (maybe not spelling it right, but...) then we have another year of not getting the vote needed, just like last year...so YOUR VOTE COUNTS!
