We operate at 1550nm to adhere to the ANSI and IEC Class 1 eye safety standards. This is an imperative to be able to operate in the carrier class networks. Both AT&T and British Telecom have stated that they will not deploy laser based products in their networks unless this is adhered to.

Our total laser output power is 320 mw, if you are looking for a more detailed spec than that unfortunately we are not publishing all of that just yet.

I hope this has helped some. Please feel free to post whatever questions you may have, I will try to ensure that I respond to all postings, although I may not always be in a position to answer all questions posed at the time asked.

Salut,
Leigh McBain
