I received a letter dated 9th October 1999 from Envirotec. Also notice of AGM dated 12th October 1999 re AGM to be held on 26th October 1999, change of name, etc. Still got the letter so they must have had some funds to pay for postage to UK. Maybe all is not lost. HHB

KJ: I have no idea why some shareholders were sent notifications regarding an Oct. '99 shareholder's meeting and some were not. To All: Today I went to my mailbox and I had two envelopes with the proxies and shareholder letters from David Isaacs. One envelope was for Adhatters and the other was for Envirotec. It's basically a hard copy of the letter and proxy from the website mentioned in KZAP's and my previous posts. Did anyone else receive these in the mail in the last few days? They were postmarked March 16 and mailed from Denver, CO. I don't think there's anything to lose by sending in these proxies. I don't know who asked David Isaacs to serve on the Board of Directors for both companies, but I appreciate his efforts to bring some value back to our shares. RSH
